Heather by name, Stormy by nature, burlesque performer by heart. Wandering between elegance and kookiness Stormy Heather has been a passionate burlesque performer for more than a decade. Her signature act “The Girl in/is the Martini Glass”, a comedy burlesque take on the iconic martini glass, has brought her around the world. Being the proud producer of Salon Privé – a well known show in the European Variety World – she now welcomes you to the second Burlesque Festival Mainz.

Absolutely! Burlesque celebrates diversity in all its forms. Our festival is a safe, respectful, and joyful space for people of every background, body type, age (from 18 to 118), and identity.
There are no strict rules – the most important thing is that our audience feels comfortable. But: We’d also be happy if you dress up, and if the gentlemen want to wear high heels, this is an event where everything is welcome. We welcome everyone just as they come.
Yes! Our Sunday workshops are designed so that both absolute beginners and experienced dancers can gain valuable insights. No prior dance experience is necessary!
The shows and talks take place in the magnificent cultural center in Mainz, surrounded by historical charm and excellent transport connections.
Due to the artistic nature and the explicit nature of some acts, access to all shows and workshops is strictly restricted to those aged 18 and over.
